I am nine years old and I don't have any clothes to wear that fit me. My orphan self has noone to dress me. In school ,we have no uniforms which would make it so much easier and less embarrasing. I have no pretty clothes because I weigh too much and noone can find me any clothing from the stores to wear. There are plenty of stores. I remember some by name, The Debby Shop, the Preteen Shop, but they can't help me. I am not sure why nothing fits. Maybe it is because I eat too much. But if I do, I don't even know what that means. I just know that my mother is not real happy with this whole situation. I think she is embarrased about me and does not like me. So that means, that I am pretty much alone with my problem. I have friends but noone else has this problem. So I stick out.

  1. I've had a problem w/ weight as a kid, too :( i know how it feels... especially if the ones you love show they have a problem with your weight.

  2. Sticking out because you are different is so hard...I didn't have a weight problem as a kid, but I definitely felt like I was different. Could never talk about my secret life and so never let myself get close to anyone.
